They apply to your use of the Possibility Institute website, our booking and contact forms, our services, and our text-message (SMS) program. SMS messaging terms
Program name: Possibility Institute Booking & Appointment Messages, operated by PRIDE Muscle Activation, LLC d/b/a Possibility Institute.
Program description: When you request a booking or contact us through our website and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, Possibility Institute may send you text messages about your request and appointments, including call-back coordination, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, submit a new request on our website and opt in, or text START.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our services
Possibility Institute provides neuromuscular activation, nervous-system reset (NeuroRX) and athlete performance and mindset coaching services. Our services are intended to support movement, recovery and performance. They are not medical care, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician or other healthcare provider. Please consult your physician before starting any new physical program, and seek medical attention for any medical emergency.
Results vary from person to person. Client stories and testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
Booking requests and appointments
Submitting a booking request on our website does not confirm an appointment. We will contact you to schedule a time. Appointments are confirmed only when we confirm them with you directly. Pricing, availability, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided to you when your appointment is scheduled.
